Fresh Fish

   On Tuesday and Friday mornings we receive a wide variety of fresh fish. Flown in from all over the world, wild caught and farm raised, this is by far the best fish we have ever seen or tasted. We try to offer many choices in variety and price...We also purchase extra fish for the purpose of wrapping and selling frozen. Ask us what is currently in our freezer! Catfish

Farm Raised in USA. Excellent for pan frying, searing, baking and grilling.

Grouper, Black

Wild Caught in Mexico. Baking, Frying, or Grilling.

Haddock

Wild Caught in Canada. Frying or Baking

Mahi

Wild Caught in Costa Rica. Baking or Grilling

Halibut

Wild Caught in Alaska. Baking or Grilling

Monkfish

Wild Caught in USA. "Poor Man's Lobster" when baked tastes like lobster. White and flaky.

Lake Perch

Wild Caught in Uganda. Light and flaky. Bake or Grill.

Salmon

Atlantic Salmon: Farm raised in USA.
Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon: Caught in Various Rivers
Organic Salmon: Farm Raised in Ireland with strict organic standards.

All Salmon can be baked or grilled.

Seabass

Chilean: Wild caught in the falkland islands. Good for baking or grilling and is Lucy's favorite.
Wild Striped: Wild Caught in USA. Baking or frying.

Red Snapper

Wild caught in Brazil. Great for baking, frying, or grilling

Sword Fish

Wild Caught in USA. Baking or grilling

Tilapia

Farm raised in honduras. Raised in clean mountain spring water in a natural environment. NO TANKS. Baking, grilling, or frying

Rainbow Trout

Farm raised in USA. Can be pan fried, seared, grilled, or baked. An excellent fish to stuff with grated veggies and bake with a little cream sauce.

Tuna, Yellowfin

Wild Caught in Panama. Baking or grilling. Ask about Sushi grade!

Walleye

Wild Caught in Canada. Excellent for frying, baking, grilling.

Whitefish

Wild caught in Canada. Can be fried or baked.

Sole Fillets

Wild caught in USA on the east coast. Baking or pan frying. Generally they are small fillets. Very light

Orange Roughy

Can only be sold frozen.

Shrimp: Large Tiger

Caught in Malaysia or Vietnam. Can only be sold frozen. These are peeled and deviened. Ready to cook. They can be boiled, grilled, and pan sauteed.
