Fried Meatballs 

       1 lb Ground beef							 
       1/4 c  Grated cheese						 
       1 tb Oregano									
       1 ds Garlic powder						
  	   1 ds Onion powder
       1/2 c  Bread crumbs
       1 tb Parsley
       2    Eggs



   Mix all ingredients together and form balls.  Coat a large skillet
   with non-stick olive oil spray.  Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes
   or until nice and brown.  Store in an airtight container &
   refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato
   sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
