Shoulder Roast

A flavorful roast from the lamb but not easy to carve and is smaller than the leg of lamb. A good cut for lamb stew.


Lamb Shank

Very nice for Osso Bucco.

Loin Chops

Delicate and petite these chops are the premium cut of lamb. Four chops make a serving.


Rib Chops

Sliced from the Rack of Lamb, rib chops are quick cooking with one tender bite per chop.

The “rib roast” of lamb! A small roast feeds two nicely.

Cut from the sirloin these steaks are a bit larger than the lamb chop. Delicious when rubbed with garlic and quickly grilled.
