Old fashioned as it may seem, we believe it is the right way to build any relationship, which is where you, our customer come in. Because we first care about each other, you will reap the benefit in our service to you and the product you see in our meat cases.
We truly want to be your butcher shop. Our staff will greet you by name, learn your tastes and work very hard to make sure you’re pleased. We want you to be successful with our product. We know how the success of a meal can create a great evening.
The neatly wrapped meat packages you carry out of our store contain hours of work that began weeks before. Choosing the animals, hauling, slaughtering, washing, hanging, breaking into primal cuts and finally creating the cuts for you to choose for your dinner involve every one of our staff, including our inspectors. This work is done carefully, precisely and in a very clean environment. We invite any customer to observe a “kill day” and encourage field trips for those aged 10 and up.
