At Moody's we are dedicated to serve you with an exceptional selection of the freshest meat for you and your family. We are a "gate to plate" company. On Lone Pine Farm, Adam Moody raises free-range chicken, eggs, beef, pork, and lamb. These are then processed in our own slaughter facility in Ladoga, IN and then brought to you through our retail butcher shops. Not only do we use animals from our farms but we also support local farmers by purchasing their live beef, pork, and lamb. In order to ensure the availablitity of our most popular cuts of meat we purchase high quality primal portions from a local, family owned purveyor of fine meats. This means that more of your hard earned dollar is used to help sustain your own communtity.
If a fresh cut of meat isn't purchased by the second day we tightly double-wrap it; first in a thick poly film then in butcher paper and keep it frozen until purchased.
