Smoked chops for short! These are a favorite at Moody Meats. Chops are cut to order and only need to be heated through for eating. Grilled, pan seared, or baked, they are great with a little brown sugar and butter glaze.

Platter style, thick sliced, and hickory smoked.

Hickory smoked, sold whole, halved, or in ham steaks cut to order.

Ham chunks and ground ham are available frozen in one pound packages.

Smoked sausage, hocks, and pork jowl.

Each batch is handmade in our Ladoga facility. It really is HAM salad, and it's also addicting.
